1. Response to Accuracy Concerns
If we receive any complaint or feedback regarding the accuracy of a published piece, our editorial team promptly reviews the content in question. The article is temporarily put on hold, and our fact-checking team investigates the claims using credible sources.
Once the verification process is complete, a final editorial decision is made based on the evidence gathered. We either update, correct, or retain the original story with an explanatory note, depending on the nature and magnitude of the error (if any).
2. Correction & Editorial Policy
Corrections or clarifications are issued transparently. If a mistake is found, the article is updated with a correction note. If the original story is accurate, we explain the rationale behind our editorial decision and maintain the original content.
Our editorial policy ensures that errors, if any, are rectified in a timely and responsible manner.
